An antenna signal and radiation pattern analysis system comprises a control unit, an analysis and calculation unit, and an aided design unit. The control unit connects a wireless terminal for controlling a plurality of over-the-air test equipment respectively perform OTA testing of a plurality of antennas of the wireless terminal, wherein the over-the-air test equipment is for producing a plurality of measurement source files. The analysis and calculation unit connects the wireless terminal and the control unit. The analysis and calculation unit obtains the measurement source files and uses an algorithm process to generate antenna mode information according to the measurement source files. The analysis and calculation unit compares 2D or 3D radiation pattern of the plurality of antennas tested in the plurality of over-the-air test equipment.
