Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a display panel, which includes a first substrate, a flat layer, a groove, a second substrate and a sealant. The first substrate has a peripheral area and a display area adjacently arrange and the display area is provided with a plurality of pixel units. The flat layer is disposed on the first substrate and covers the display area and the peripheral area. The trench is provided on the flat layer. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The sealant is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and the sealant surrounds the display area and the sealant includes an overlapping area. Wherein, the position of the groove corresponds to the position of the overlap area, and the projection area of the groove on the first substrate completely overlaps the projection area of the overlap area on the first substrate.
