Adapter

This invention provides an adapter, which has an output end and an input end. The output end comprises a first output terminal and a second output terminal. The input end comprises a first terminal group and a second terminal group. When two power supply plugs are respectively inserted into the two terminal groups of the input end, a first input terminal of the first terminal group, a second input terminal of the second terminal group, and the first output terminal are electrically connected, and a third input terminal of the first terminal group, a fourth input terminal of the second terminal group and the second output terminal are electrically connected, so that the current supplied by the two power plugs can be conducted to the output terminal. If only one of the two terminal groups is inserted by a power supply plug, the electric potential of the other terminal group is still zero and there is no risk of electric shock.
