Zusammenfassung:	A torque generating device installed on a multirotor aerial vehicle and including some brackets, a motor, a shaft, and a resistance structure with moment of inertia is provided. The brackets are disposed on the multirotor aerial vehicle. The motor is located below the support and disposed on the multirotor aerial vehicle. The shaft is rotatably connected to the motor and passes through the brackets along a shaft axis. The resistance structure is connected to the shaft and locates over the brackets. When the motor is actuated, the torque of the motor drives the resistance structure to rotate by the shaft in a first rotating direction or a second rotating direction which are opposite to each other, and reaction torque drive the multirotor aerial vehicle to reversely rotate on the shaft axis as the center.
