Superheated water vapor production device

Provided is a superheated water vapor production device that is compact and produces superheated water vapor of which the temperature and the supply amount are controlled. The superheated water vapor production device is provided with: a burner which is provided with a combustion unit on the outer periphery thereof, which generates superheated water vapor by combusting a hydrogen-containing gas with an oxygen-containing gas, and with an injection unit in the center thereof, which injects water or steam, said injection unit being surrounded in a loop shape by the combustion unit; and a cooling medium flow rate controller that controls the flow rate of water or steam, and controls the temperature and generation amount of the superheated steam by controlling the amount of water or steam supplied to the superheated steam.
