Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a colored resin composition attaining a high luminance and satisfactory contrast. This colored resin composition comprises (A) a colorant, (B) a solvent, (C) one or more dispersants, (D) an alkali-soluble resin, and (E) a photopolymerization initiator, and is characterized in that the colorant (A) includes a phthalocyanine compound having a specific chemical structure and the dispersants (C) include a dispersant (c1) having an amine value of 50 mgKOH/g or greater, the ratio of the content of the phthalocyanine compound to the content of the dispersant (c1), (phthalocyanine compound)/(dispersant (c1)), being 5 or higher.
