Zusammenfassung:	The present sheet attaching method is a sheet attaching method that allows an adhering sheet (AS) to be attached to an attached body (WK) with a circuit region (WK3). The embodiment thereof includes: the opening part forming process that allows an opening part (AS1) to be formed at the adhering sheet (AS); and the attaching process that allows the opening part (AS1) to be opposite to the circuit region (WK3), so as to attach the adhering sheet (AS) to the attached body (WK) by a manner of not allowing the adhering sheet (AS) to attach to the circuit region (WK3). In the opening forming process, the opening part (AS1) is formed by applying a predetermined energy on the adhering sheet (AS) to act in concert with the shape of the circuit region (WK3).
