The operation step includes using a sever to receive the identity information and the visit request and to calculate a visitor number of the desired destination. The determining step includes using a control device to determine whether the identity information matches the desired destination; if they are not matched, the control device refuses the visit request; if they are matched, the control device further determines whether to approve the visit request according to the calculated visitor number.
