Zusammenfassung: | Present invention is related to a fiber impregnating material and molding method for making molded body thereof. The said fiber impregnating material comprises a fiber substrate and multiple micro-spherical activated powder particles being uniformly dispersed thereon. The present invention uses micro-spherical activated powder particles for preparing the fiber impregnating material. As the fiber impregnating material of the present invention being introduced to Resin Transfer Molding (also known as RTM) technique, a fluidic composite of a precursor of a thermoplastic material and a catalytic could be further poured into a mold as desired. The fluidic composite will react with the micro-spherical activated powder particles on the fiber impregnating material by in-situ polymerization and formed a thermoplastic material on the fiber substrate.
