Zusammenfassung:Present invention is related to a micro-spherical activated powder and synthesized method thereof. The micro-spherical activated powder comprises a functional group carrier with exposure of an active functional group toward outside. The micro-spherical activated powder could be utilized on producing a fiber impregnating material by dispersing it on a fiber substrate. As the fiber impregnating material being introduced to Resin Transfer Molding (also known as RTM) technique, a fluidic composite of a precursor of a thermoplastic material and a catalytic could be further poured into a mold as desired. The fluidic composite will react with the micro-spherical activated powder on the fiber impregnating material by in-situ polymerization and formed a thermoplastic material on the fiber substrate. After curing the thermoplastic material, a molded body as a final product will be formed directly inside the mold.
