Mass producing method of ferrite magnetic powder

A mass producing method of ferrite magnetic powder is described and comprises steps of: providing a mixture; performing a batch calcination step of heating the mixture at a temperature between 1260 and 1300 DEG C for 50 to 70 minutes to form pre-processed object, wherein the pre-processed object has multiple batches; performing a batch mixing step of mixing the pre-processed object with the batches according to a mixing method to obtain the pre-processed object after batch mixing; performing a coarse pulverization step on the pre-processed object after batch mixing to form a plurality of coarsely-pulverized particles with an average particle size between 2 and 5 micrometers; and performing a fine pulverization step on the coarsely-pulverized particles to obtain the ferrite magnetic powder with an average particle diameter between 0.65 and 0.75 micrometers.
