Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a system for claiming goods preannouncement. The system includes a database for storing information of a good to be claimed and a processor coupled to the database. The processor is programmed to perform the following operations: detecting a location of a receiving device; determining a distance between the receiving device and the database; and transmitting a good-claiming notice of the good to be claimed to the receiving device when the distance is shorter than a value. The present disclosure also relates to a method for claiming goods preannouncement.
