Zusammenfassung:	A transmission device includes a base, a transmission shaft, a magnetic fluid module, an air barrier module, and a water-cooled cooling system. The transmission shaft is pivotally disposed to the base. The magnetic fluid module is sleeved on the transmission shaft and disposed in the base. The air barrier module is sleeved on the transmission shaft and disposed in the base. The water-cooled cooling system is disposed at the base. The base defines a vacuum side and an atmospheric side opposite the vacuum side. The magnetic fluid module is located between the vacuum side and the air barrier module. The air barrier module is located between the atmospheric side and the magnetic fluid module to block air from the atmospheric side moving toward the magnetic fluid module. The water-cooled cooling system is used to transfer heat of the transmission device to the outside from the transmission device.
