Zusammenfassung:	This operation state estimation system 1 comprises: a training device 100 which trains a state estimator for estimating an operation state of a fluid catalytic cracking device from information that can be acquired during operation of the fluid catalytic cracking device including a reactor using a catalyst and a regeneration device that regenerates the catalyst; and an operation state estimation device 200 which estimates, on the basis of the information acquired during the operation of the fluid catalytic cracking device, an operation state of the fluid catalytic cracking device by the state estimator trained by the training device 100.
