The present invention provides a heating cooker and an electric pot capable of suppressing the occurrence of following problems, such as uneven heating for each portion caused by not forming the gap between an inner container and an outer container with the predetermined size, or deterioration of heat pipe function. The electric pot comprises an inner pot. The inner pot includes: an inner container with the bottom cylinder shape, an outer container with the bottom cylinder shape, a sealed space formed between the inner container and the outer container with reduced pressure, and a working liquid vaporized by heating in the sealed space. In the inner pot, a gap securing portion for securing a predetermined gap between the inner container and the outer container is formed in a shape that is protruded from the outer container toward the inner container.
