Zusammenfassung:	The present invention reveals a signal detector for signal transmitter and power controller, executing a signal transmitting method. The signal detector has a transistor module which is connected to a signal source and a reference voltage source. When the voltage of the signal source is high/low, the signal detector operates in saturation region/cutoff region. When the signal source is disconnected, the signal detector is driven by the reference voltage source, operating in linear region. Therefore, the signal detector can determine a voltage signal of a bin of a digital signal is high, low, or disconnected. The signal transmitter then determines accordingly duty cycle and/or resolution of the output. The signal transmitter and the power controller can adapt with various signal sources and loads. Compatibilities of the signal transmitter and the power controller are enhanced.
