The purpose of the present invention is to provide eyewear such as polarized sunglasses that uses an optical film having a light reflective layer and a polarization element layer and that has a metallic color tone conforming to the signal visibility standards in various countries; and to provide an optical film and an optical laminate for this eyewear. An optical film that is obtained by laminating a light reflective layer and a polarization element layer and that satisfies at least one of (a) through (d) below is provided. (a) The center reflection wavelength of the light reflective layer is at least 600 nm and less than 660 nm, and the transmitted hue of the optical film is within the range -15 ≤ a* ≤ 10 and -20 ≤ b* ≤ 20.
