Transfer equipment and transfer method of container including a receiving platform and a transfer machine

The present invention provides a transfer equipment, which includes a receiving platform arranged above a vapor deposition device for receiving boxes; and a transfer machine, which moves the boxes out and into the receiving platform, and lifts and transports the moved-in/out boxes between the receiving platform and the vapor deposition device. The receiving platform, the transfer machine, and the vapor deposition device are configured at the positions where they overlap each other when viewed from the top. The receiving platform is rotatably supported by a rotating shaft between the box receiving position on the lifting path of the box and the platform standby position on the lifting path away from the box. The receiving platform receives the box at the box receiving position.
