According to the present invention, peak sections and valley sections are formed on one surface (front surface) in a cushion material. The peak sections and the valley sections are periodically arranged alternately in the vertical and horizontal directions. In addition, the peak sections and the valley sections are not formed on the other surface (rear surface) of the cushion material and the other surface is flat. The cushion material is provided with resin foams and an adhesive layer formed on a lamination surface of the resin foams. The adhesive layer formed approximately parallel to the rear surface is exposed in a predetermined-height portion of the surface having a wave-like surface relief structure. The adhesive layer forms a plurality of linear patterns when viewed in a plan view.
