Fermentation product of Chenopodium formosanum Koidz hulls and uses thereof

The present invention provides a method for preparing a fermentation product of Chenopodium formosanum Koidz hulls. The use of the fermentation product as a prebiotic for improving the growth of probiotics is also provided.
