Method and device for detaching a stamp

The invention relates to a method for detaching a stamp (17) from a substrate (12), in particular from a master stamp (12) and/or from a product, wherein the stamp (17) is deformed in direction of the substrate (12) in order to detach the stamp (17) from the substrate (12).
