Zusammenfassung:A system and a method for providing a location-based service to a user equipment (UE) are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a local access point (AP), a first service request message from the UE; transmitting, by the local AP, a second service request message corresponding to the first service request message to a server; determining, by the server, a source of the second service request message; and providing, by the server, a location-based service corresponding to the local AP to the UE in response to the source being determined as the local AP.
