An electronic device and a diagnosis method of the electronic device, the electronic device includes a battery and a plurality of functional modules. The diagnosis method includes: obtaining a first current consumed by the battery when the plurality of the functional modules are turned off and a voltage of the battery; turning on any of the plurality of function modules; obtaining a second current consumed by the battery when at least one function module is turned on and a voltage of the opened function module; comparing the first current, the second current, the voltage of the battery, and the voltage of the opened functional module with corresponding reference value respectively to obtain multiple comparison results; obtaining a detection result of the opened function module according to the multiple comparison results.
