Zusammenfassung:	A gasification system according to one embodiment is equipped with a scrubber device that transfers contaminants contained in a flammable gas to wash water and discharges the contaminant-containing wash water as scrubber wastewater, a heat exchanger that vaporizes the contaminants contained in the scrubber wastewater by heating the scrubber wastewater, and a combustion furnace for incinerating the vaporized contaminants. The heat exchanger utilizes heat generated by the combustion furnace to heat the scrubber wastewater.
