A resin composition containing a polyolefin-based resin and a nucleating agent, wherein the ratio t2/t1 of the isothermal crystallization time t2 at 135 DEG C of the resin composition and the isothermal crystallization time t1 at 135 DEG C of a nucleating-agent-free resin composition that has the same composition as the resin composition except for being free of nucleating agent is 0.45 or higher.
