A venting device includes an air channel and a rotary venting rod. The air channel includes a first end facing an outer circumferential surface of the rotary venting rod, and a second end deviating from the rotary venting rod. The outer circumferential surface of the rotary venting rod is provided with a venting groove that is recessed in the surface and in fluid communication with the ambient air. The rotary venting rod may rotate around a rotation axis extending along its longitudinal direction so as to provide a venting state and a sealed state. In the venting state, at least a part of the venting groove of the rotary venting rod is in fluid communication with the air channel, thereby enabling the air channel to be in fluid communication with the ambient air through the venting groove.
