Zusammenfassung:	A frame body having a silicone layer at exterior portion and a manufacturing method of forming a silicone layer at exterior portion of the frame body are provided. The manufacturing method comprises steps of a forming step, a combination step, and a removing step. Firstly, in a pair of molds with forming spaces, a silicone substrate comprising an effective combination area and at least an ineffective area is molded. An emplacing space is formed in the effective combination area, and a frame body then is placed in the emplacing space. A silicone coating layer is firstly coated on one of an exterior portion of the frame body and the emplacing space before placing it, and the effective combination area is combined to the exterior portion of the frame body by using secondary vulcanization. Finally, the effective combination area is removed from the ineffective area to form a silicone layer, formed form the effective combination area, at the exterior portion of the frame body.
