Zusammenfassung:	A system for establishing a junction trace of an assembly includes a surface model creating module, a processing module and a material inspection module. The assembly includes a first part and a second part assembled with each other. The surface model creating module is adapted to scan the first part and the second part to establish separately a first surface model data and a second surface model data. The processing module is adapted to establish an assembled surface model data based on the first surface model data and the second surface model data, determine an interface region from the assembled surface model data, and determine inspection points mapping on the assembly based on the interface region. The material inspection module is adapted to inspect a material of the assembly at the inspection points. The processing module establishes the interface trace of the first part and the second part in the assembly according to the inspected results of the material inspection module.
