Heat dissipation sheet

Provided is a heat dissipation sheet with which good film-forming properties can be obtained even when thin. This heat dissipation sheet comprises alumina particles and resin, wherein the content ratio of the alumina particles in the heat dissipation sheet is 70 volume% or more, the alumina particles have, in a particle size distribution, peaks respectively at particle sizes of 30 to 60 [mu]m, 2 to 12 [mu]m, and 0.1 to 1 [mu]m, and in the particle size distribution, the proportion of the alumina particles having a particle size of 30 to 60 [mu]m is 9 to 60 volume%, the proportion of the alumina particles having a particle size of 2 to 12 [mu]m is 30 to 75 volume%, and the proportion of the alumina particles having a particle size of 0.1 to 1 [mu]m is 2 to 20 volume%.
