Zusammenfassung:	A fluorine resin sheet according to the present invention is mainly formed of a fluorine resin, has a blackness, as represented by the L* value of the Lab* color space, of 30 or less, and has a surface resistivity of 1*1010 [Omega]/sq or greater. A fluorine resin sheet according to the present invention is mainly formed of a fluorine resin and may contain a composite oxide black filler. An adhesive tape according to the present invention includes a substrate sheet and an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the substrate sheet, where the substrate sheet is either one of these fluorine resin sheets. The fluorine resin sheet and the adhesive tape according to the present invention have a higher degree of freedom for use/development than the conventional art.
