Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is directed to a conditional medium and the use thereof; wherein the conditional medium is prepared by the steps of contacting mesenchymal stem cells with hyaluronate mixture and then co-culturing the cells. The conditional medium is effective in repairing the damage of cells caused by oxidative stress, and increasing cell viability. The disclosure also provides a method of increasing the secretion of DKK-1 by mesenchymal stem cells.
