Zusammenfassung: | A three-dimensional printing thermal expansion structure includes a thermal plastic material and a thermal expansion material, wherein the thermal plastic material is 50 wt% to 90 wt% based on a weight of the three-dimensional printing thermal expansion structure; the thermal expansion material is 10 wt% to 50 wt% based on a weight of the three-dimensional printing thermal expansion structure; wherein, the thermal plastic material and the thermal expansion material are mixed to form a mixed material; the mixed material is formed a three-dimensional object by a three-dimensional printing apparatus, and the three-dimensional object is heated to expand to form the three-dimensional printing thermal expansion structure. The three-dimensional printing thermal expansion structure provided in the present invention could be manufactured fast, and does not need to be formed by molding, whereby to significantly decrease the production cost and time.
