Zusammenfassung:	A reducing noise device of compressor includes a silencing portion and a connecting portion. The silencing portion has a top surface and a side wall. An edge of the top surface has a plurality of convex arc edges and concave arc edges. The side wall connects to the edge of the top surface, and includes a plurality of convex arc parts and concave arc parts. At least one of the concave arc parts is formed with an air outlet. The air outlet is arranged adjacent to the convex arc parts. The air outlet is formed on the side wall of the reducing noise device, so that an exhausting direction can be parallel to a tangential direction of the rotator of the compressor. Thus, the silencer can reduce the amount of noise effectively and increase the compressor performance.
