This invention relates to a dynamic map establishing method and system capable of providing environmental information. The system includes a cloud server host, a plurality of relay hosts erected around an environment and a plurality of vehicle devices respectively disposed on different vehicles. Each of the vehicle devices includes an LiDAR sensor and a camera so as to sense ambient environments of the vehicles to generate point cloud data and image data. The point cloud data of the different vehicles is transmitted to the adjacent relay host, the relay host executes multi-vehicle conformity calculation for merging the point cloud data of all the vehicles to obtain three-dimensional coordinate information of objects in the ambient environments of the vehicles. The cloud server host establishes dynamic map information according to the three-dimensional coordinate information and transmits the dynamic map information back to each of the vehicles.
