Zusammenfassung:	This manufacturing method for a fluid control apparatus, in which the flow of a fluid is controlled by bringing a diaphragm valve body (122) into contact with or separating the same from a valve seat (121d), is characterized in that: the diaphragm valve body is a combined body of a seating member (1222) making contact with the valve seat and a main body member (1221); the combined body is formed by cutting a material combined body (21) obtained by welding a seating member material (212) which is a material for the seating member and a main body member material (211) which is a material for the main body member; and the welding is performed over a wider range than a contact surface between the seating member and the main body member of the combined body, on the contact surface between the seating member material and the main body member material of the material combined body.
