Mixing Cordyceps byproducts with water and mixing them evenly, and the weight ratio of the two is between 0.5:10 and 1.5:10, followed by low temperature ultrasonic cold extraction extracting, and setting the temperature between 18 and 22 DEG C, and the extraction time is between 40 and 80 minutes, thereby obtaining the extract of Cordyceps militaris; and the rice protein content per 100 grams by weight of the Cordyceps rice extract must be between 2.5 and 8 grams.
