Zusammenfassung:	This packaging container comprises a container body (A) that includes an opening part and an inner surface capable of accommodating contents, and a lid member (B) that covers the opening in the container body (A). In this packaging container: the container body (A) comprises, in the inner surface thereof, a steam circulation part in which steam can circulate between the contents and the inner surface, and the container body (A) is configured from a multilayer structure (A') that includes at least one oxygen barrier layer (a); and the lid member (B) comprises a layer structure (b-1) having at least two perforations, and a layer structure (b-2) that is arranged on the outer surface of the layer structure (b-1) and that seals the perforations, the lid member (B) being such that the layer structure (b-1) and/or the layer structure (b-2) includes an oxygen barrier layer (b).
