| Zusammenfassung: | An electronic including a connector, a detection circuit and a control circuit is provided. The connector comprises a signal contact terminal and a power contact terminal. The detection circuit detects the voltage of the signal contact terminal. The control circuit is coupled to the detection circuit and controls the power of a processing circuit according to the voltage of the signal contact terminal. When a power adapter inserts into the connector and the voltage of the signal contact terminal is equal to a predetermined voltage, the control circuit directs the processing circuit to enter a first mode. When the power adapter inserts into the connector and the voltage of the signal contact terminal is not equal to the predetermined voltage, the control circuit directs the processing circuit to enter a second mode.
