Zusammenfassung:A touch display apparatus includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium, pixel structures, touch structures and a dielectric layer. The outer surface of the first substrate is a touch surface. The pixel structures are disposed between the first substrate and the display medium or between the second substrate and the display medium. Each of the pixel structures includes a data line, a first scan line, a first transistor and a pixel electrode. Each of the touch structures includes a second transistor, a read-out line, a second scan line and a first touch electrode. The first touch electrode and the second transistor are disposed on an inner surface of the first substrate. The first touch electrode is disposed between the first substrate and the dielectric layer. The dielectric layer is disposed between the first touch electrode and a first transistor of a pixel structure.
