Zusammenfassung:	An intelligent staff management system, which comprises a plurality of wireless transmitting devices, a plurality of mobile devices and a back-end control center, the wireless transmitting devices are set at a workstation point, a wireless receiving module of the mobile device is used to detect the wireless signal sent by the wireless transmitting device to determine whether the staff member is located, so that the back-end personnel can see at a glance for immediate tracking and processing by the back-end control center, thereby effectively monitoring and documenting whether each of the staff members is located and preventing workplace omissions, so as to achieve the goal of intelligent remote management and message transmission.
