The present disclosure relates to an anti-CD38 antibody, antigen-binding fragments thereof, and the pharmaceutical use. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a murine antibody, chimeric antibody or humanized antibody comprising the CDR regions of the anti-CD38 antibody, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-CD38 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and the pharmaceutical use thereof. In particular, the present disclosure relates to the use of a humanized anti-CD38 antibody for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of CD38 positive disease or condition.
