Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a tire with a tread venting groove and a molding thereof. The features of the tire mainly include a tread having a torus shape and two bead edges connected to opposite sides of the tread, each bead and tread with a turning portion. The tread is provided with grooves spaced apart; the tread is formed along the direction in which the toroid is extended and a plurality of venting grooves are arranged with a spacer ring; the forming mold comprises an upper mold set and a lower mold set. The upper mold set and the lower mold set include the corresponded surfaces of the upper mold and the lower mold. The upper mold set and the lower mold set include a tire tread molding module, a tire bead molding module and a tire lip molding module; the inner side of each tire tread molding module is provided with a tire tread molding wall having a toroidal shape, and each tire tread molding wall is formed with a plurality of molding strips distributed in a spacer ring row for forming an venting groove of t
