The substrate layer includes a first substrate portion and a second substrate portion connected with each other. The material of the first substrate portion is a first substrate material, and the first substrate portion is configured to be opposite to a photosensitive element. The material of the second substrate portion is a second substrate material. The light transmittance of the first substrate material is greater than or equal to a threshold light transmittance. The light transmittance of the second substrate material is less than the threshold light transmittance.
