Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a heating implement capable of transferring heat to the human body, while following the movement of the body, without changing the air-permeability of an inner bag. A heating implement comprises: a body-warmer body having an air-permeable inner bag, and an exothermic composition which is sealed in the inner bag and generates heat upon contact with air; an attachment member comprising a support, and an adhesive layer disposed on a first surface of the support, the attachment member being more elastic than the inner bag; and an attachment means for attaching the body-warmer body to a second surface of the support of the attachment member.
