Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a conductive paste, which contains: aluminum powder; an organic carrier including an organic solvent and resin or cellulose; glass powder; and lead oxide. The glass powder and the lead oxide account for 1.0~6.0% by weight of the conductive paste, and the lead oxide accounts for 0.5~3.0% by weight of the conductive paste. By using the conductive paste with a specific ratio of glass powder and lead oxide, the present invention can save expensive laser drilling equipment and plant space, does not need to use a precise alignment printer, and can improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell to promote industrial upgrading. |
