A torsion and pressure detecting device and an electric driver with detecting device are provided. The electric driver includes a shell and the torsion and pressure detecting device. The torsion and pressure detecting device includes a contact member, a deformation member, a detecting member and a processor. The contact member is connected with the deformation member, and a predefined angle is formed between the contact member and the deformation member. The detecting member is arranged on the deformation member, and electrically connected with the processor. The deformation member is elastic. When being pressed and/or twisted, the contact member can drive the deformation member to deform. The detecting member is configured to detect deformation quantity of the deformation member, and generates corresponding electrical signal.
