Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a manufacturing method of instant crispy cold meat food, which includes the following steps: (a) frying the meat food containing at least one piece of poultry meat to make the meat food to be formed as fried meat food containing at least one piece of fried poultry meat having a plurality of vacant spaces; (b) forming a sugar layer on the surface of the fried meat food and the vacant spaces to obtain a sugar-coated fried meat food, wherein the sugar layer contains a syrup composition having sugar ingredient and the temperature range of the sugar layer is 100 to 180 deg C; and, (c) cooling the sugar-coated fried meat food to solidify the sugar layer of the sugar-coated fried meat food and thus obtain the instant crispy cold meat food. The instant crispy cold meat food made by the manufacturing method of the invention may be directly eaten in a cold state and has a crispy mouthfeel. |
