Zusammenfassung:	An abdominal breathing guider, which comprises a finger sensing unit, a control device, a control switch, a pressurizing device, is disclosed. The finger sensing unit has a measuring piece, used to measure the user's heartbeat value and transmit the heartbeat signal. The control unit has a processing unit and a transmission unit, wherein the processing unit receives the heartbeat signal, the transmission unit determines whether the heartbeat signal is greater than a preset value. If it is greater than the present value, the first start signal will be transmitted. The Control switch is connected to the processing unit so as to turn on the control switch according to the first start signal. The pressurizing device is connected to the control switch such that after the control switch is activated, the pressurizing device inflates or does not inflate an inflatable unit.
