Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides an inspection device to provide an adequate quality control to a collector head using a divided slider. The inspection device for collector head has an aerial wire contacting portion including a slider having a plurality of conductive plates arranged side by side along a direction and a plurality of springs. The inspection device for collector head has a measurement portion configured to measure a rigidity of the aerial wire contacting portion along the thickness direction at a plurality of points on an axis parallel to the arrangement direction of a plurality of the plates and a determine portion determining errors of the collector head by comparing the measured data of the rigidity on a plurality of the points based on the measurement result by the measurement portion to a prepared standard data of rigidity distribution.
