A fatigue testing machine calibration system is used for calibrating fatigue testing data of the fatigue testing machine, wherein the calibration system includes a base, a positioning seat, a force bearing plate, a first force sensing module, a first displacement sensing module, a signal transmission module and a control unit. A fixing end of the force bearing plate is fixedly arranged on the positioning seat, and a force receiving end of the force bearing plate is connected with the fatigue testing machine to bear a test action force exerted by the fatigue testing machine. The first force sensing module senses bending deformation of the force bearing plate caused by the test action to generate a first force sensing signal. The first displacement sensing module is used for sensing the displacement state of the force bearing plate caused by the test action to generate a first displacement sensing signal. The control unit converts and processes the first force sensing signal and the first displacement sensing s
